John Mickner is the CEO of his own Telemedicine and Wellness consulting company and COO of two non-profit Chambers of Commerce. As CEO of Universal Health Advisors, John strives to bring cutting edge technology and transparency to Healthcare. As COO of both the Tennessee American-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and The Tennessee Immigrant and Minority Business Group, John works to bring business owners from many diverse cultures together in an atmosphere of cooperation and understanding. Through a system of forums and educational meetings, he has helped diverse culture business owners to learn from each other and to promote business transactions and form business partnerships with each other.
After graduating from Moravian College, he began a 17 year career in insurance and financial planning. In the mid nineties John’s passion to help people with their basic healthcare needs and challenges led him to start his next vocation in Life Safety services, in the electronic security industry. This eventually resulted in his involvement in Telemedicine and Wellness consulting to companies and their employees, which he continues to do today. John says. “My passion is to help the underserved small business community and those folks who live in rural areas to have access to the healthcare they deserve”.

Hsing Liu is currently serves as Chief Office of Planning for the 3PLS Travel. Hsing has over 20 years of management experience as CEO, COO and Director level positions. He services in music and travel events for over 8 years. He brings the experience in the field of operations from building and improving companies and managing several multi-million dollar projects. Hsing was the Chief Executive Officer and Board Director at Sophia’s Heart. Hsing maintains high standards for himself and his team and is never willing to accept the second best.
Hsing is serving Nashville Metro General Planning as the member of the Community Engagement Committee, which involves the growth of Nashville city and Davidson County for the next 25 years planning advisory. He is also serving as an Advisory Board member for Tennessee American Chinese Chambers of Commerce. Hsing has a Master’s Degree in Computer Information Systems and Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Leon Drennan
With 31 years of leadership experience in the largest for-profit hospital organizations
in the world, Leon operated at the Senior Executive level, overseeing an array of
functions during his tenure. They included Physician Services, All About Staffing,
Design /Construction And Engineering, Real Estate, Corporate Services, Revenue
Integrity, and Internal Audit. He developed a leadership platform for generations of
audit staff inside a highly complex business engine that generated opportunities inside
and outside the company for many executives. He also developed and led one of the
largest physician services networks in the United States operating over 350 owned
physician practices. He also served in the Executive Pastor “role” at Brentwood Baptist
Church as a volunteer for three years. He led the church in creating the
infrastructure to accommodate membership growth of over 100%. He is an advisor to the FCA venture capital fund and advisor to 3 business start ups.
Leon is founder and president of Vision/Leadership Foundation where he provides leadership seminars based on practical experience and biblical principles, executive coaching , team selection and alignment and facilitated strategic planning.Leon has written and published five books on leadership.
